The historic Minaei house remembered its name from last inhabitants; Farhad Minaei bought this house in 1966 and lived in it with his family until the end of his life. Minaei house was registered as a national work on June 25, 2007 and then purchased by the municipality from the heirs. Globandak underpass

Galobandak underpass project is one of the leading projects in the 12th district.
