Engineer Sadegh’s House

Ali Akbar Sadegh is the owner of this house; he is an architect, born in 1908. He finished his primary education in 1930, then left for Europe and entered the University of Cannes (Belgium) in the field of engineering. After some time, he accepted in the entrance competition of the Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels, and within four years of study, he succeeded and received the "Weber" medal. He is the designer of the neighborhood of “charsad” on Piroozi Street and a partner in projects such as the construction of Saadi Tomb, the central branch of the Housing Bank building on Ferdowsi Street and the alhaghi building of the Infrastructure Communications Company at the beginning of Naser Khosrow Street. It is even said that most of his works were in collaboration with mohsen foroughi and use of government building. He died in 1987 at the age of 79. Rehabilitation and reconstruction of the house known as "Sadegh" house in Ferdowsi neighborhood will start by the private sector within the next two months after lightening and removing the garbage.
