The first phase of Hazrat Fatemeh Al-Zahra Road Garden project Aug 11, 2021 Hazrat Fatemeh Al-Zahra Garden Road Project is the largest urban regeneration project in line with the slogan "Tehran is a city for all" in less privileged areas 17 and 18. This project is 9 km long on the roof train tunnel of the Tehran-Tabriz and 30 m wide with an area of about 27 hectares. This area will increase to about 50 hectares in the next phases by taking into account the space between the walls of buildings. Currently , the first phase of this project is in operation.
